Thornless Blackberries
Our favorite thornless blackberry varieties Chester is sure to wow you with it's vigorous habit, nice fruit size and excellent flavor.  Five plants are a perfect start for medium sized family, 15-25 for freezing, baking and sharing.

Red Raspberries
Our favorite delicious, high yielding red raspberry variety Nova will keep your family happy and your freezers full of medium to large bright red fruit.  We also like Nova for it's tolerance to this areas infamous soil.

Strawberries
Jewel is the very best all around strawberry variety. Plump ruby colored medium to large sized fruit demonstrate excellent sugar and texture, shying away from the white cores like some large berries may demonstrate.

Asparagus
Jersey Supreme is an excellent producing asparagus variety requiring little maintenance. Plants will live for years, returning every spring for 2-3 weeks of harvesting.

Blueberries
Blueray is one of three varieties we're planting in our fields this year.  It winters over well, and produces high yields of large, delicious, nutritious berries annually in about 2-3 years of additional growth.  Available are 2 year old 1 gallon rooted out plants. (Please amend soil to 5-5.5 pH with aluminum sulfate on hill with good pine bark mulch in preparation of receipt of crop.)  Aluminum Sulfate available in our Garden Center.

Horseradish                                              Big Top has great size, vigor, and disease resistance. Roots last YEARS and just a few will feed your family.  $3.99 each.

Grapes

The three varieties of Grapes we're offering perform well in this area.  Grapes produce 10-15 lbs of fruit per vine and a batch of wine requires about 75lbs of fruit to make 5 gallons.  Concord and Niagara make great juice and Catawba makes a sweet white or blush wine.
